Yes — we offer a free pre-event session with most wedding collections. It's a meet-and-greet, gets us comfortable shooting together, and lets you see our process before the day-of. Engagement sessions are included with The Signature and The Cinematic.

Rescheduling is free with at least 7 days notice (or reasonable notice in an emergency). A $50 fee applies for shorter notice. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit payments. We try to work with you — life happens.

Photos arrive in a private online gallery within 6 weeks (4 weeks with The Cinematic — priority editing). Sneak peek within 7 days for The Cinematic. Gallery stays open for 14 days for downloads. JPEG only — we don't release RAW files.

Yes. Fully insured for liability and equipment. Certificate of Insurance available for your venue with reasonable notice. Most venues require this — we have it ready.

Yes. We're based in Indio and shoot weddings across the entire Coachella Valley — Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, Cathedral City, Coachella, Desert Hot Springs — plus the Hi-Desert (Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Twentynine Palms) and the broader Inland Empire and Southern California. Destination weddings welcome anywhere; travel costs are quoted transparently per location.

Add a Wedding Film for $3,000 to any collection. Two films delivered: a 3-minute cinematic highlight reel (color-graded, music-scored, plus a vertical Reels cut) and a full ceremony film with clean audio.
