3. How we use your information
To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, book and deliver photography services, send administrative and booking-related messages, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing of information
We use third-party tools to operate the Site and our business, including but not limited to Cloudflare Pages (web hosting), Studio Ninja (inquiry and client management), YouTube (embedded video), and standard email and gallery-delivery services. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when legally required or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on the Site.
Embedded video: pages with embedded YouTube videos may set third-party cookies from YouTube/Google when you view or interact with those videos; this is controlled by Google's own privacy policy.
Do Not Track: some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals; the Site does not currently respond to these signals.
6. Your California privacy rights
California residents may request to know, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them by contacting [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We respond to verified requests within 45 days.
7. Marketing communications
We contact you about your inquiry or booking. If we ever send marketing messages, they will include an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out anytime by contacting us.
8. Photographs of clients and event guests
Photography and videography at client events are governed by the signed service agreement with our client, including how images may be used in our portfolio and marketing. We do not use identifiable images of minors in marketing without written consent from a parent or guardian.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
10. Data retention
