By using this website (the "Site"), operated by Mejia V&H LLC dba Jack DeLuca Photography, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Services
The Site provides information about our photography and videography services. Actual photography services are governed by a separate signed service agreement between Mejia V&H LLC and the client — including payment, cancellation, deliverables, and image-use terms. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of services.
3. Intellectual property
All photographs, videos, text, and other content on the Site are the property of Mejia V&H LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access non-public areas or data.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred dollars (US$100). This limitation applies to Site use only and does not apply to photography services, which are governed by the applicable signed service agreement.
7. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date.
